We got some awesome great news this Wednesday: we just sold a 1/5 boat ownership in Splash to an investor for $30,000 (Splash, when launched, will cost around $150,000 total to build).
Didn’t know that option was available? We are allowing investors to purchase a portion or all of Splash. Because special skills and know-how are required to operate a sailboat on the open ocean safely, ESPECIALLY to do commercial fishing from one, our management corporation will operate her for the investor(s).
