Because we feel it’s REALLY important to get this boat in the water, we are allowing individuals to purchase shares in Big Splash.

Because special skills and know-how are required to operate a sailboat on the open ocean safely, ESPECIALLY to do commercial fishing from one, we’ll operate her for the owners and pay them the owner’s share of the catch. We have a separate management corporation set up to do just that.

We are selling boat ownership shares in Big Splash to persons who wish to support this project and own a portion of a working, sailing, high-tech fishing boat. Each of the 8 shares is priced at $30,000, because Big Splash, when launched, will have cost right around $240,000 total to build (we are not offering partial shares, sorry).

We’ve already sold THREE boat shares; there’s only FIVE left.
